Three villa layouts accommodate up to six, eight or ten people, with options ranging from two to five bedrooms. Each has a private pool; balconies, patios and terraces provide space to take in views of the sea, garden or surrounding hills. Bed arrangements differ between the villas. The Deluxe Villa combines super-king beds with a double bed and sofa beds, while the six-person villa pairs double beds with bunk beds. The Five-Bedroom Villa has several separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room; some bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen equipment across the options includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, oven, stovetop, toaster and dining table.

Outdoor spaces include private pools, balconies, patios and terraces, alongside a garden, sun terrace, outdoor dining furniture and barbecue facilities. An outdoor fireplace and picnic area provide further places to spend time outside, and pool and beach towels are available. Fitness classes, yoga, a fitness centre and a spa and wellness centre add options for exercise and relaxation; massage services are also offered.

Koh Tao has no airport; ferries bring visitors to Mae Haad Pier on the west coast. The pier is 2.7 km from the villas, around a 15-minute motorbike ride.
